About our classes: Elsternwick
We offer 2-hour sessions consisting of teaching technique development and building your skills in:
Throwing
Trimming
Glazing
Handbuilding
One-Off Classes: $80pp-$100pp
Check out our schedule at the bottom of this page for upcoming 2hr intro classes. These are a one-off 2 hour classes which consist of basic wheel throwing or hand-building. You’ll have a brief studio tour and explanation of the ceramic process on arrival. From there, students will be shown how to create their very own masterpieces and make between 2-4 pieces (usually consisting of bowls, cups, vases, dishes etc.) Your favourite piece will be glazed and fired, ready for pick up about 4-5 weeks after your class! Class capacity is 16 people. These classes run only Saturdays and Sundays. Class availability is online below.
Private Group Classes: Costing per potter below !
We also offer one-of classes for private groups. These consist of basic wheel throwing but can be scaled to meet all levels. Birthdays, hens or just group sessions are all available to book via emailing: elsternwick@ceramiques.com.au
One-off class pricing: This includes 1 piece to be glazed and fired.
120 minutes:
10-12 potters $75pp
13-16 potters $70pp

TERM 3 : 6 WEEK TERM
(20th May - 30th June)
All term classes consist of one 2-hour session per week for your chosen day. You will attend the same weekly time-slot for 6 consecutive weeks. Our courses are designed for adults but children 16+ are able to book as long as they are accompanied by a legal guardian who is also attending the same class. These courses are for complete beginners to intermediate level.
Our pricing is simple, you get an 6 Week Term for $390. This means that each class of 2 hours is $65. Glazing and firing is included in this price, no more to pay ! Term 3 class timetable will be live on Sunday the 5th of May at 7pm for you to book. Please note you can only book one place at a time. Once you have booked, you will receive confirmation via your email. Make sure you have confirmation of booking when you come into your first session. That's it, see you soon
